Hi.....Hello.......Hey

In our busy world today, ever realize that people are passing each other without the acknowledge of their 'existence'. By that i mean not talking, noticing or even just by giving them a smile. There are many benefits of just by saying 'HI' to the people you see.

'Hello' It's one of the first words we learn as babies. But it's the least word we use as adults. By saying hello, we are merely saying more than just hello. I spent 1 month saying hello to every person i meet. Let it be on the street, in cyberspace and even myself in front of the mirror. Here's what i found out:

1.It's easier said than done. Age is like a crust on our true self.
2. Friendliness is so rare nowadays, it's shocking.
3. People you wouldn't normally acknowledge turn out to be the friendliest.
4. It's impossible to say hello without smiling.
5. By smiling, you will be able to lower blood pressure, boost immunity and release natural painkillers that lowers stress, boosts happiness and improves health.

So, what are you still doing here? Say hello to everyone NOW and make your life much more blissful!

New Environment

Ever had that uneasy feeling when you change the way you live, in a sense that you have to go somewhere else everyday from that day onwards? For me, it's school.

Recently, I just changed school. From BU3 to KDU, the change was life-changing. Though my life hasn't been changed yet, it would've had happened to someone else.

Anyway i'm here to talk about the differences between the environment in BU3 and KDU:
1.BU3 wins Basketball.
2. KDU wins Football, if i'm correct.
3. BU3 wins Table Tennis.
4. KDU wins Teachers' teaching attitude.
5. BU3 wins student's attitude.
6. KDU wins facilities.
7. BU3 wins utilization of facilities.

That's about the differences in these 2 schools.

Oh No! I have to wear them!?!

No Way! I have to wear these weird-looking braces for 2-4 years!?! This is insane! What there were ways to prevent this dreadful thing from happening? O.O How come i didn't knew about that?

There are few ways to prevent wearing braces. These steps should be taken as braces are expensive. They're not really that appealing in contributing to your looks. Time taken to wear them is awfully long.

1.Have good eating habits. Children who do not practice this shall face the consequences few years ahead of their time.
2. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. People who do so will have better teeth and more neat ones too!
3. Do your best not to push your teeth out. This will result in crooked teeth and that results in wearing braces.
4. It's not a 100% thing but it's possible to be related to gene wise. There is no way to prevent this. Only thing to do is to follow the 3 steps above.

Cycle? But How?

Ever wondered how you managed to learn how to cycle when you were still a little child? I do think about that once in a while. It's probably because i forgot how did i managed to do it. Such skill, though important, does not leave a memory on 'how did i do it' but rather 'am i doing it' in a sense that it just comes to me when i need to ride a bike.

So i need some help here. My little sister doesn't know how to cycle. She's at the age of 7 now. Though she tried a few times, after falling for a couple of times, she gave up. i need your opinion on how to train a child to learn to ride a bicycle.

Maybe she's just scared of pain. Maybe we learned how to cycle because we WANTED to cycle, i'm not so sure but i think she dosen't really think cycling is fun or important. Imagine yourself being the laughing stock of your friends when they find out that you don't know how to cycle.

So, please help with your honest suggestions. Thank You.

One World. Our World.

This incredible world of ours has many wonders of its own. For example: The minerals in the healthy soil of Earth. Or the seemingly-endless plants that cover this planet. These all contributes to such a beautiful world we live in now, or used to.......

Our outstanding Earth now has been polluted by man itself. We simply throw our thrash anywhere we desire, thinking that someone else will assist us in keeping the environment clean. But, what will happen if EVERYONE thinks like that?

We're still considered quite lucky as there are still a number of us concerned about Mother Nature's status. Due to that, they do what they can to help out our suffering Earth. But of course, this isn't enough. We obviously require more than that so i hereby request that everyone do YOUR part.

We can save in many ways. We can save electricity by switching off some lights if we are not using them. We may turn off the tap water when we are finished using it. By driving incredibly fast and all of a sudden, STOP, wastes a tremendous amount of fuel.
The world we have now is ours to nurture and protect.....or.....destroy.

Preventing cancer-the small steps.

Hi there everyone! In this topic I'm going to talk about 2 types of cancer-causing agents that are located in our daily lives. That would be in our Shampoo, Soap and Toothpaste. Since speaking out the brands of the type of cleanser would be irrational so I'm not going to do so.

First let me inform you that only MOST of the products contain the chemical that I'm going to state later. It might not be ALL of the products, or it might. Anyway, the chemical is Sodium Laureth/Lauryl Sulfate(SLS).
This type of chemical is located is MOST of the shampoos. Soap has them too. Along with toothpastes. These 2 types of chemicals can promote the cells in our body to mutate into cancer cells much faster.
Fortunately, there is a way we can prevent or reduce this from happening. The only thing we have to do is shut our eyes when we take use these shampoos. Same goes with soap and toothpaste. Hope this can help people out there who weren't concious of this.
NOTE: Conditioners do not contain Sodium Laureth/Lauryl Sulfate(SLS).

Watch Out!

Happy New Year everyone!

It's time to shop shop shop for some Chinese new year clothes! Speaking of shopping, i suggest that we should always park our car on the lowest floor of a shopping complex. That includes the basement or the underground parking lot.
This is due to an incident i had in 2008, my dad and i went to park on a higher level. After shopping we were pushing our trolleys towards the escalator. At the end of the escalator, while we were going to get off, for women is common but less for men, this is just for younger men and women, the trolley was stuck at the end of the escalator where we get off.
The small bump on the floor at the end. That little bump on the floor(something that is located with every single escalator) almost caused us an accident. Behind me were more people and they almost crashed towards the trolley when my dad quickly went to the front and pulled it up.
So, may this little incident remind everyone that we should be alert of our surroundings often.
Happy New Year!
